Gem State Water operates water and wastewater utility services in the growing Coeur d’Alene metropolitan area, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NW Natural Water.
Effective July 31, 2019, Gem State Water closed on the acquisitions of Spirit Lake East Water, Lynnwood Water, and Water Works Management in the Coeur d’Alene area. Gem State Water serves 750 people through over 300 connections. Customers should not experience any disruption in service from the change in ownership.
Our configuration of waterlines was created over 40 years ago to support up to 362 connections, maintaining a premium level of accessibility and pressure across the district.
