Ramsey Estates water
system is located in Rathdrum, approximately 15 miles north of Coeur D'
alene
North of Diagonal Rd and East of Ramsey in Kootenai County, Idaho. The water
system currently serves approximately 37 residential connections.
Ramsey Estates water
system is comprised of two wells, one 25 HP and one 15 HP, one 90,000 gallon
water storage tank, approximately 15000’ of 8” PVC and 750’ of 10” PVC.
Ramsey Estates is owned
by the Ramsey Estates Homeowners Association and is operated by Water Works,
Inc.
REMINDER
It is again the time of
year to get your sprinkler systems turned back on and to get those back flow
prevention devices tested and certified.
As always this process
is very important to the well being of the water system and those being served.
Please submit your test
results as soon as possible.
If you are new to the
system, have had an irrigation system installed within the last year, or can’t
recall ever having provided the information for the cross connection control
program, please fill out a new questionnaire and submit with your next bill
payment.
