Customers who have an electric hot water tank should be aware that loosing water can cause the heating element to burn out. To ensure that this does not occur during a water outage, please shut off the electrical breaker to your hot water tank.

For customers who use water softeners or other home pumping or filtration systems please ensure that proper care is taken to avoid damage to your equipment during a water outage.
